Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Glow Society Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you cancel or reschedule without enough notice, it prevents other clients from booking that time.
Please review our policy below:
• Cancellations or Reschedules: Must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, and the late cancellation fee may apply.
• Deposits (if applicable): All booking deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled with proper notice.
